At least paper bags are/were biodegradable, these plastic things never should have entered the marketplace, but they have, now let the stores or garbage comany, or the city jails (my personal choice) walk around and pick up the errant plastic bags. Won't anyone stop the governments from becoming anymore nanny-ish then they already are.
