Stupid Republican tricks

Now that the House Committee on Energy Commerce has fixed Medicaid, etc. and otherwise fulfilled its "responsibility for legislative oversight relating to telecommunications, consumer protection, food and drug safety, public health, air quality and environmental health, the supply and delivery of energy, and interstate and foreign commerce in general," naturally it has plenty of spare time to meddle with college football. It's just good government because, as Chairman Joe Barton says, "College football is not just an exhilarating sport, but a billion-dollar business that Congress cannot ignore."

Or maybe it's buffoonery.
