Drink Coke Play Again!

And Again. And again. And Again. Who wins? Well, not me....and I'm not taking this beverage bushwhacking lying down. A class action suit is definitely in order. Someone call Michael Moore right now.

The cap says "1 in 12 WINS FREE COKE!"

Sounds like a valid binding "promissory Coke" to me. After all it doesn't say, "1 in 12 MAY WIN A FREE COKE!"

I have drunk over forty 20-oz diet Cokes and played, and played, and played. I have not won a single free Coke. The way I see it Coke owes me three free bottles of soda and whole lot more. It almost goes without saying that I have been irreparably harmed by this duplicitous contest foisted on the trusting public by one of America's most successful and profitable corporations.

In fact, my entire faith in America and the free market system has been shaken to the core. Backaches, whiplash, migraines, I am suffering from them all because of this...and I've hired John Edwards to help me prove it. Hey, if Sharpton is done with KFC maybe he can climb aboard my lawsuit and "Boycott Coke" bandwagon. Maybe moveon.org can help me with some free banners. How about "Coke Adds Lies" and ”Coke, It's the Real Thing that's Destroying America".

"Drink Coke Play Again". Well, playtime is over and paytime has just begun. My unalienable right to "pursue happiness" and savor the sips of sweet free soda has been taken from me through the graft and greed of a Coca-Cola conspiracy. It is worse then Enron. Coke IS America. If a Cola Company can so easily spread lies on millions of bottle caps just to increase the bottom line, can you imagine what kind of lies our government, controlled by these evil corporations, is telling us. It's too horrible to think about. So horrible in fact that I'm starting to think like a Democrat.
