Any of that could easily be distorted or taken out of context, and without hard evidence it's pretty much impossible to prove. For a hardcore conservative "journalist" to claim he/she saw people from the ACLU literally attacking other people is about as feasable as a hardcore leftie claiming that John Ashcroft himself pistol-whipped them in a dark alley.
